Classes
Pups classes are broken down into two age groups(Ages 5-8 and 9-12). The younger class focuses on basic striking and defense fundementals as well as basic grappling, and physical fitness. The senior class studies more advanced curriculum and prepares students for the Mixed Martial Arts class at the age of 13. Both classes instill discipline, respect, and self confidence in the student and is guaranteed to have a positive impact on their everyday lives.

Childrens Self Defense (pups)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Known as the "gentle art" , Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a highly effective close range, non striking, grappling art that has totally changed the martial arts community over the last decade. Originating from traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, the art was developed and refined by the Gracie family of Brazil to focus on ground fighting techniques.

BJJ is a system that is designed to maximize leverage and body positioning to overcome larger, more powerful opponents. BJJ emphasizes the use of submission techniques such as chokes, cranks, and joint manipulations.

Here at the Academy, we will help you achieve your goals, while progressing under the teachings of qualified, hands on instructors. Our experienced instructors are active competitors in the local and national grappling circuits, and will get you ready for the competitive nature of a tournament if that is your goal.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Have you ever wanted to know what it's like to train like an MMA fighter? Well now is your chance. Students will practice BJJ, Boxing, Wrestling, and Thai Kickboxing all combined and applicable in everyday life situations. Conditioning will be a focus as well and have you in top shape. You can learn at your own pace and progress to an accredited black belt level! This class will test your body as well as your mind and have you prepared for the unexpected.

Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is an amazing blend of heart pumping exercise and pulse pounding music. Get ready to kick, punch, and jump your way to an amazing body, and learn some great technique too!
If you like to dance, Zumba is the class for you! Shake and grove to the hottest latin beats from salsa to merengue and burn away those calories in this super cardio workout!

Afternoon Strength and Conditioning Class
Come get a great workout with Coach Casey if you cant make the evening schedule. This class consists of cardio and strength training, circuit training and, high intensity calorie burning programs!

Afternoon Boxing Class
Coach Casey is back at it again with an afternoon boxing class for all ages and experience levels. This class will teach you correct boxing form and technique, as well as light sparring for the more experienced students. The class is open to beginners as well as experienced boxers.
