This aspect of the program is for those students who wish to test their skills in Mixed Martial Arts competition. In depth, detailed, technique training, as well as heavy conditioning and mental preparation all go into effect when training for competition. In addition to this, a healthy diet, and adequate rest is necessary in order to complement your training regiment.
Being a fighter is a lot tougher than it looks! But it's not the fight that makes it tough. It's all the days of preparation leading to that one moment. Fighters are expected to train at least 4-5 days a week, especially when a date is set for competition. The conditioning is hard. The workload is harder.
