About Us
Dave has been involved in Martial Arts for over 17 years. First enrolling in Karate at age 15, Dave progressed to Jeet Kun Do, and then Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Dave is currently a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a Brown Belt in Mixed Martial Arts under Roger Woo. Dave has also has competed in several Mixed Martial Arts competitions as well as multiple medals in local grappling tournaments.
At the age of 29, Dave successfully established a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program at Keene State University (the first of its kind), and has overseen it for the past 3 years.
Dave has studied under or trained with many great Martial Artists including, UFC fighters Jim Miller, Rafaello Oliveira, and Woody Weatherby; as well as Renzo Gracie, Rafael Correa, Roberto Correa, Takeo Tani, Caio Terra, Jeff Jimmo, Dave Ginsberg, and local stars Calvin Kattar and Carlos Lovato.

ROGER WOO started training in Martial Arts in 1995. He has been a long time student of Brazilian Jiujutsu, as well as an accredited Black Belt instructor in MMA. Roger has trained with some of the best MMA and BJJ instructors in the world (Pat Miletich, Dave Ginsberg, Renzo Gracie, Roberto Maia, Jeff Jimmo, Cesar Gracie, Rafaello Oliveira, Ralph Gracie, and the Florian brothers to name a few). With over 15+ years of training in the martial arts, Roger can help you achieve your goals in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA fighting, self-confidence, or physical fitness.

Studied the following disciplines with World Class Instructors all over the US: Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, Boxing, Judo, Kali, and Shooto.
MMA Highlights: Founded "Team Woo" fight team in 2006 and amassed an 22-5 record in a 2 year period while the team was in existence. Coached fighters and taught at Premier Martial Arts from 2008-2009 and amassed a combined team record of 11-2 in a one year period.
Worked with numerous Law Enforcement officials in the following jurisdictions: Manchester PD, State PD, Salem PD, Hooksett PD, and Derry PD.
