Welcome to Spero's Martial Arts Academy. We are a THROWDOWN recommended training facility, (the only one in Northern New England!) As well as the FIRST Brazilian Top Team affiliate school in NH ! We offer classes for all ages and skill levels from beginner to advanced.

Unlike most schools, our Instructors actively compete on the mats and in the cage. The techniques taught are competition proven and easy to learn. The training is hands on, in a controlled environment, to ensure safety and student progression.
